Question: Where is your apartment?
Answer: The apartment is at the prestigious Royal Palm complex in Los Cristianos. Details about the Royal Palm can be found by following this link: Royal Palm
Question: Does you apartment have wheelchair access?
Answer: Unfortunately not, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there are no lifts at Royal Palm so wheelchair access is not possible.
Question: How many people does your apartment sleep?
Answer: The apartment can comfortably sleep 4 people but I have had families of 5 using it with no complaints. The main bedroom sleeps 2 and the sofa bed in the lounge provides the additional sleeping area that can be screened off for total privacy. Question: Your apartment is described as a penthouse, what does this mean?
Answer: A penthouse apartment is located on the top floor, which has the best views and maximum privacy. In the case of our apartment that means it is located on the 3rd floor (as there are only 3 levels).
Answer: Yes. All bed linen is provided and is changed on a weekly basis. Bath towels and hand towels are also provided, these are changed twice weekly. If you require towels for the poolside area (or the beach) then please bring your own.
Question: Does your apartment have a private terrace?
Answer: Yes it does. The terrace faces South so enjoys the maximum amount of sun all year round. It also has unspoilt views of the Atlantic Ocean and the hills that surround Royal Palm. The terrace has its own sun loungers, chairs and a table.
Question: How do I make a booking?
Answer: Making a booking is simple - just send me an e-mail to confirm the dates and it is done. I will respond with a confirmation e-mail.
Question: How do I find the apartment?
Answer: I only provide these details after a booking has been made. My booking confirmation e-mail includes a map of Royal Palm, details of how to find the apartment and the arrangements for collection of keys.
Answer: Payment can be made by cheque (sent to a UK postal address) or by cash when you arrive at our apartment, the choice is yours. All payments are in sterling and not euros.
Question: Your web site gives a weekly rental price but can I rent the apartment for 10 days? and if so how much will it cost
Answer: The minimum rental period is 7 days but the apartment can be rented for any period. The cost for additional days are calculated on a pro rata basis.
