The rent for our one bedroom penthouse holiday apartment during 2008 is only £245 per week (excluding Christmas and New Year). That is the total price for two people sharing. For 2009 bookings the rental rate is £270 per week (excluding Christmas and New Year).
A supplement of £45 per week is also payable if you want to use the sofa bed (for an additional 2 adults or children). Private transport to and from Tenerife Sur airport can be provided for an additional fee of £30.
Reduced rental rates are available for holiday lets in excess of two weeks - contact me with your details and I will quote a competitive price for you.
